APPLE SHAPE

What jeans suit a apple shape?

High-rise is the single most important thing: a waistband that sits above the fullest part of the tummy stays put and creates a defined line. Bootcut and straight fits balance the proportion by adding a little width at the hem. CHASEshape™ styles are especially worth looking at, since the shaping panel does exactly the work an apple shape needs.

What should I avoid if I am apple-shaped?

Low and mid rises are the main thing to avoid — they sit at the widest point and slide down through the day. Very tight tapered ankles can also emphasise the contrast with the middle.

What sizes does this come in?

Jeans use numeric waist sizing — size 30 means a 30-inch waist. The range runs from waist 24 to waist 44, with 40 and above available through Miss Chase A+. Measure your natural waist, the narrowest point above your hips, rather than going by where your current jeans sit.

Do these have tummy shaping?

Some do. Styles built with CHASEshape™ carry a shaping panel inside the waistband — Level 1 smooths, Level 2 gives medium compression, Level 3 gives intense compression with a butt-lifting effect. Look for CHASEshape in the product title.

What are the return and exchange terms?
