We strive to deliver products in 5-7 business days. However, we would request to you to wait for a further 3 days in case of some delay.
No, we provide free shipping on all orders.
Please, email us at hello@chasehaul.com for any delivery related queries. Our team will try their best to find a solution! Short of divine interventions, we usually make every attempt to ensure that you get what you want at your selected location, and that too as early as possible!
We try to ship your order as soon as possible. Hence, the shipping address can only be altered before your order acquires the “In Process” stage. (You can look this up in your account or check it on whatsapp).
Tip: Your shipping address (Where you want your order to be delivered) can very well differ from your billing address (Address registered under the credit card you are paying with). So you can go-ahead and spring that perfect surprise on a loved-one, or get your own delivery wherever you are. Moreover, you may also add multiple addresses to your account and then select any of those at the time of placing order!
Chase Haul is a pan-India venture as of now. However, you can make purchases from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
If you have not received your order during the slated time period, ‘please check the tracking status of the order’. Alternatively you may contact us via whatsapp or email us at hello@chasehaul.com so that we can follow up on your order and update you on the status. We are really sorry about not being able to deliver your order within the time frame committed.
Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
An attempt will be made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at the second attempt, then the order comes back to the Chase Haul warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform you about the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, will be processed within 7 days.
Once the order ships out from our end, we will inform you. We'll also provide you with the tracking details so you can keep a tab on your online order until you receive it.
At Chase Haul we strive hard to give you nothing but the best of the best but just in case you have received a tampered parcel or an incorrect article then immediately email us at hello@chasehaul.com and lodge a complaint mentioning the same.
After we have dispatched your shipment you would be informed. Please click on ‘Track your order’ section at the footer of the home page to check the status of your order without logging in and by just entering your tracking details and you can track the delivery status of your order.
You can choose different billing and shipping addresses at the time of placing your order. In case if you've forgotten to do that, you can email at hello@chasehaul.com and update them regarding the change in the billing and shipping address before your order is shipped out from our end.
