We are a house of brands online with a mission to provide you with high-quality products in a timely manner. Our services are currently only available online. However, based on the requests of our awesome customers such as yourself, we intend to make our products available at some well-known stores and shops in the near future. As soon as the proceedings are confirmed, we will post information on our website.

Do we ship outside India?

As of now, we do not deliver products outside India but we intend on doing it soon. However, you can purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is in India.

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive a SMS, email and whatsapp confirmation message from Chase Haul once your order has been successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.

How can I replace an order on Chase Haul?

For now we allow only size exchanges. To raise a return request for your order, please Click here and fill in the details. Please make a note of the return id which we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item(s) ready for pick up or ship it to us on the basis of the return mode. We would suggest to replace an item, obtain a reward coupon code and purchase a new item separately..

Do I have to create an account on Chase Haul to place orders?

    No, there’s no minimum order limit.

    Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?

    The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to Rs. 5,000. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.

    How are orders placed on Chase Haul delivered to me?

    We have partnered with the top logistics providers in the country. Depending on the pincode, order type, etc., one of the partners is assigned. The partner picks up the order from our facility and delivers the order to you at your doorstep!

    What will happen if I am not present to receive the order?

    Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery. An attempt will be made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second and third attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at the third attempt, then the order comes back to the Chase Haul warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform you about the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, will be processed within 7 days.

    My order shows delivered but I have not received it.

    Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to mail us at note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

    How does the COD option work?

    Our Cash on Delivery option allows paying for any order under value under ₹5000 at the time of delivery for all orders. To pay for any order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select ‘Cash on Delivery mode on the payment page.

    What should I do if my payment option fails?

    Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is correct, including all the details such as billing address, and other account details. If your payment still fails, we request you use the Cash on Delivery option.

    Cancellation | Return | Replace

    What’s Chase Haul’s cancellation policy?

    For COD orders, you can cancel the order as long as you have not confirmed it on whatsapp confirmation message or mail us at within 24 hrs of placing order.

    For prepaid orders, mail us at within 24 hrs of placing order or whatsapp us for prompt response.

    How can I cancel my order?

    You will receive a confirmation message on whatsapp of making a purchase. For COD orders, click on the cancel button of that confirmation message to cancel the order and for prepaid order message us on whatsapp or mail us. Prepaid payment made will be refunded through the same payment method in 7 to 10 days. You can reach out to us on email for assistance.

    I just canceled my order, when will I receive my refund?

    Your refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.

    Can I change the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

    We try to ship your order as soon as possible. Hence, the shipping address can only be altered before your order acquires the “In Process” stage. (You can look this up in your account or check it on whatsapp).

    How will my refund be credited?

    For COD Orders: If no payment is received from our end when the product is cancelled before shipment, no amount will be refunded. If your item is returned after delivery of product(s) then the refund is processed in the form of which is valid for one year from the date of the issuance of the credits and will be sent to the registered Email or WhatsApp number once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC. Note: The reward coupon is redeemable at once. 

    For Prepaid Orders: Full amount is refunded into your original payment mode through our payment gateway within 5-7 business days.

    Please note: Shipping charges of Rs. 100 are charged for both COD and prepaid orders in case of returns.


    Returns | Exchange Policy

    What is Chase Haul’s 7 days returns and exchange policy? How does it work?

    Chase Haul’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange the product, after receiving the order. We offer 7 days hassle free returns and exchange from the date of delivery and further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

    Kindly note all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Do note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a reward coupon on COD or source transfer for prepaid orders  and purchase the new item separately.

    The following rules apply to our Returns and Exchange Policy:

    1.  Please return your product(s) along with tags, labels, etc in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn / damaged / stained, a refund / exchange would not be provided.

    2. Handling charges/ Return pick-up charges of Rs. 100 will not be refunded in case of any return. Reverse pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code. Pickup will be attempted as per the delivery partner. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

    3. The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit (reward coupon) and purchase the new item separately.

    4. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Chase Haul’s website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

    5. Please check the items, type of returns / exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the returns / exchange request by you. In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.

    6. If you Self-ship any product without officially informing us through our returns / exchange process, we will not process the return.

    How much time will it take to refund the amount and where will I get it?

    Kindly allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and the amount to be reflected in your bank account. Please note: Refunds / bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders / online payments made on our website.

    Payments made through COD option refund will be in the form of a reward coupon worth the same as your order value which is valid for one year from the date of the issuance of the credits will be sent to the registered Email and WhatsApp number once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC.

    What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during any sale event?

    If an order placed during any sale event is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price/ Maximum Retail Price.

    I have received reward coupon. How do I redeem them while placing an order?

    On the checkout page, use the coupon code received on your whatsapp/ email of the same value as that of the returned product and redeem the refund amount. The total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the reward score. Note: The reward coupon can be redeemed once per user.

    What is the refund process for combo product deals?

    How many times can I apply for a return or exchange?

    Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or return would be applicable on that order

    Where should I Self-Ship the products to be returned / exchanged?

    How do I Self-Ship the products?

    Please ensure all the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the order id and the mobile number are mentioned in the packaging.

    All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

    Returns / Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. Please email us at from your registered email to trigger the request along with your Mobile Number, Bank account details and Order Number details respectively.

    For COD Orders: The amount is refunded as a reward coupon on whatsapp which is valid for one year from the date of the issuance of the credit. Please note: The coupon is redeemable only once.

    For Prepaid Orders: Full amount is refunded into your original payment mode through bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

    No reimbursement of money in case of Returns.

    If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our returns / exchange process, we will not process the refund.

    What should I do if I receive a damaged / defective / incomplete / wrong order from Chase Haul?

    For any defective / damaged / incomplete / wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking here and follow the instructions to upload the images. Please keep in mind the following–

    You need to upload a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 pictures.

    Please ensure the images are clear and the damaged / defective / missing part of the outfit is highlighted.

    You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice. In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us on We will then investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.

    Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
